POPAI has always been dedicated to the advancement of the marketing at retail industry, and part of that commitment includes staging a objective contests and awards program that showcase the best the industry has to offer.
OMA Awards: General Information
CONTEST OVERVIEW
POPAI's Marketing at-Retail Awards Contests recognize the most innovative and effective marketing at-retail displays and programs which lift sales and make products memorable and enticing to consumers.
Entries compete for gold, silver and bronze honors in three divisions based upon length of time in the store; Temporary, Semi-permanent and Permanent. The divisions are further broken down into 27 categories.
The contest site, contest.popai.com, will open October 1, 2010 to accept entries for the 2011 contest.
WHO CAN ENTER
Members of the marketing at-retail industry are eligible to participate in the Marketing at-Retail Awards Contests. In order to receive Member designation for entry fees, all POPAI Members 2011 membership dues must be paid by March 1, 2011 or non-member rates will be invoiced for all entries. Non-members of POPAI can only enter once as a non-member.

INTERNATIONAL ENTRANTSPOPAI welcomes entrants from across the globe. If you would like to participate in the OMA contest and would like to request a letter of invitation to participate in the contest and join us at GlobalShop 2011 (March 28-30, 2011in Las Vegas, NV), please submit your request to Alicia Rutherford at arutherford@popai.com

Volunteers will also receive 2 MaRC Credits in Category 3.
