Guzzi leads the overall brand strategy discipline at Watt. He works closely with the creative teams in assessing, refocusing and executing brands consistently across all customer touch points. “[You'll learn] the growing importance of the experience in shoppers decision tree, and how one can influence the shopping experience once they understand its’ different factors,” says Guzzi.
