Let's continue the theme of special customer experience. Nespresso is doing a great job of delivering a special experience for customers. They are focused on branding their stores as boutiques and not regular stores. As Econsultancy says, "With these showrooms Nespresso asserts its claim as a lifestyle product. ‘Look, these products are so good they deserve to be displayed in the same way as a supercar or enjoyed in the same way as champagne." 

By simply elevating the product and name of the brand, Nespresso makes the customer a loyalist and a part of a special club.
