David is a highly skilled brand, retail, and advertising strategist over a 20-year track record of developing, implementing, and managing successful brand creative and retail strategies. Throughout his career David has served as a high-level strategist at a variety of name-brand advertising and marketing agencies, including Olgivy & Mather New York, Publicis Hal Riney & Partners, and The Richards Group.
At Integer, David leads the Account Planning Group within the Insights & Strategy Department. Individually he has managed the account planning needs for Bimbo Bakeries USA, LALA Dairy, and FedEx Office. He currently serves as the lead account planner on our AT&T business and Nutella.
David's retail experience includes projects for Zales, Bimbo Bakeries USA and Red Lobster. Notably David co-led and implemented a retail trends project for PepsiCo (Fountain) for their R&D and new product efforts.
David has played a significant role in the strategic brand work (brand, advertising and promotions development) for a variety of categories and brands over the years, notably Saturn (a General Motors mark), Home Depot, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, UCLA Healthcare, Eddie Bauer and Microsoft.

Jeff Porter is the founder of Porter Digital Signage, an independent third party consulting company specializing in the field of digital signage. For nearly twenty years, Mr. Porter was a principal at Scala, Inc., the world’s leading software platform for digital signage. He is a much sought after speaker at industry events and widely acclaimed as one of the digital signage industry’s leading pioneers. Mr. Porter has served on the POPAI Board of Directors from 2006 to 2012 and has chaired POPAI’s Digital Signage group.
Mr. Porter has held various positions at Scala, including President of SignChannel (http://www.signchannel.com), Scala’s first cloud based digital signage platform. He has also served as CEO, Executive Vice President and Vice President of R&D for Scala. Prior to joining Scala, Mr. Porter was employed by Commodore International Limited, where he was responsible for worldwide product development of the Amiga computer, the world’s first multimedia personal computer from 1984 to 1994. With dedicated tenure at AT&T Bell Laboratories and the Eastman Kodak Company, Mr. Porter has been on the forefront of the high-tech industry for his entire career. Mr. Porter received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and his Master of Science from the University of Illinois.

Gary Schwartz

Over the past 10 years, Gary has played a leadership role in the mobile industry. Gary is the CEO of Impact Mobile, Inc., Chair of MEF North America and is the author of The Impulse Economy: Understanding the Mobile Shopper and What Makes Them Buy and Fast Shopper, Slow Store: A Guide to Courting and Capturing the Mobile Consumer.
In 2002, Gary ran the first cross-carrier short code campaign in North America. In 2006, Gary founded the mobile committee for the Interactive Advertising Bureau and has worked to publish literature helping to extend the digital buy into mobile (for which he received an IAB award for industry excellence in 2009). In 2007, Gary started work to help establish a joint task force to develop global, auditable mobile measurement standards.
In 2010, Gary was elected as the Chair of MEF North America with a remit to develop a mobile commerce practice (for which he received a MEF award for industry excellence). Since 2011, in partnership with MEF, Gary has been working to develop m-commerce security and privacy guidelines.
Gary is the recipient of the Macromedia People Choice Award, Dodge Foundation award for innovation and the Retail TouchPoints Award for customer engagement. Gary is an Asia and Japan Foundation Fellow.
In 2013, Gary was recognized by the Mobile Commerce Daily as “The Mobile Commerce Evangelist of the Year.”

Mark I. Feldman is a partner and the Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Chicago office of DLA Piper LLP (US). He has served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago. Mark’s practice covers the entire spectrum of intellectual property law, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and Internet and technology law. He has extensive experience counseling clients on domestic and international intellectual property registration, enforcement and licensing. He has litigated the protectability of color as a trademark in cases relating to low-calorie sweeteners, golf club shafts, and prescription pharmaceuticals; the enhanced scope of protection for famous trademarks like the NutraSweet; trademark priority disputes; and the protection of the distinctive interior design and exterior trade dress of franchised restaurants.
Mr. Feldman has served on the National Public Advisory Committee for Trademark Affairs, which advises the Commissioner of Trademarks.
Mr. Feldman has both chaired and spoken at numerous conferences on intellectual property and licensing topics and has received various honors from his peers.

Daniel J. Flint is the Regal Entertainment Group Professor of Business and Director/Founder of the Shopper Marketing Forum in the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management, The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy, has a sales engineer- ing background, and a PhD in marketing and logistics from the University of Tennessee.
He has worked with many firms in the consumer goods, aerospace, industrial, and third party logistics industries on branding, shopper marketing, marketing strategy, account management, and innovation. He works internation- ally often, and remains very active in both marketing and sup- ply chain management associations. Flint’s research focuses on how businesses can develop a proactive customer-orientation; he helps companies understand what customers, consumers and shoppers value, how to improve their marketing strategies, and develop more productive business-to-business connections.
Dan has published in top-tier marketing journals such as the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Consumer Research, and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and top tier logistics journals such as the Journal of Business Logistics and the International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management. Dan currently is focused on shopper marketing, spending a great deal of time with leading CPG, agency, broker and retailing firms.
