Andrew Winter | K&A Consulting
Andrew Winter started his marketing and sales career in 1998 in visual merchandising with NS Studios (now part of the Miller Group). He then moved on to medical marketing where he worked with product managers to launch new medical devices to the medical community for 6 years. He returned to the “plastic” mediums (corrugate, wood, metal and glass) in 2008 at Smurfit Image Pac Merchandising Display (now RockTenn Merchandising Displays). Carman Allison | Director of Consumer Insights, Canada
Carman Allison serves as Director of Consumer Insights for Nielsen Canada. Carman is responsible for creating thought-leadership reports; sharing his insights on consumer shopping, buying and media consumption behaviors and attitudes to provide CPG manufacturers and retailers with strategic visions to facilitate brand, category and retail sales growth. Carman is often quoted in the Canadian press on consumer trends including a monthly column in Canadian Grocer and Grocery Business magazines.
Vince Guzzi | Partner of Watt International Inc.
As Partner of Strategy, Vince leads the overall brand strategy discipline at Watt. He works closely with the creative teams in assessing, refocusing and executing brands consistently across all customer touch points. Vince applies a holistic view of brands and the role of branding. He also has an innate understanding of what truly drives customers, the decisions they make, and the experiences they desire.
Vince brings a solid background encompassing both agency and client experience. He has an expertise in consumer packaged goods and corporate brand strategy, and has worked with leading national and global brands such as Rogers Communications, Bell, Molson, Kellogg’s, Campbell Soup, Proctor & Gamble, General Mills, Cadbury, and Visa, as well as a variety of professional services companies.
Vince graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He is a longstanding professional member of the Market Research Intelligence Association (MRIA) and often guest lectures on practical applications of market research techniques at York University. Vince is also regularly invited to be a panel speaker at various forums and conferences.
