Entries MUST be shipped to GlobalShop and exhibited in
the OMA area on the at-Retail Marketplace show floor or the entry will
be disqualified. Limited Production Run and Digital Signage entries
ARE NOT shipped to GlobalShop.

our Shipping Kit online after your entry has been processed by POPAI.
You can also access the shipping forms and order labor from Freeman
Decorating starting in February 2009.
Displays cannot be set-up on the show floor unless the
entrant has paid in full.
All entries must be set up by the entrant unless they
hire Freeman's I & D Department to set-up their display.
Set-up and tear down are the full responsibility of the
entrant, not POPAI.
Entrants may set up displays on Saturday, March 21,
2009 from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Entrants may tear down their on Wednesday, March 25,
2009 from 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
Empties will not begin to arrive until one hour after
the close of the show, please make sure to secure your product prior to
freight arrival (at 4:00 PM). It can take up to three hours for all of
the empties to come out, so please plan accordingly.
